Of course, Finale build isn't meant for damage over time, it's meant for spike damage. If your Grave Robber can get a repositioning assist, her damage with repeated lunges will exceed the Finale Jester's by a fair margin, even including the herb. So her damage output is the same, except your Jester had to burn an herb in the process (granted, he also did debuff enemy ACC). In the same cycle, a Grave Robber starting from back row can do Lunge + 3x thrown dagger, with base damage 11.5 on thrown dagger, up to 16 on lunge, giving a total damage of 50.5-same as the Jester. In a four turn cycle, you can do 50 damage max even with herb usage. Jester does 10 damage at rank 5 weapon, up to 25 in with finale. This still doesn't actually give great value in terms of raw dealt damage though. Yeah, you might be able to do this a couple times in a pinch. The number of herbs per dungeon is pretty limited. Though i did say that the stratgy of using medical herb's probably become's less viable later in game The stress heal jester and occasonal bleeder become much more useful

Though yeah the final jester is overshadowed in general later in game For a typical battle, this is not super likely even at champion/darkest level unless you're deliberately playing a very tanky team.
